We stopped here while in LA because my son wanted some oxtails for his birthday. The gentleman that took our order and served us was very sweet and accommodating. We enjoyed everything that we ate. The jerk chicken had some real spice to it, if you cannot handle the heat, do not order the jerk chicken. It was very flavorful and almost tasted smoked. The kids loved the watermelon and mango juice.

I'M from South Florida, Broward County!!!! I've been looking for a good Jamaican restaurant.. And Im pretty sure I've found it. These oxtails are 10 out of 10. And the look at the portion. Not to mention the tenderness. I will be back.. Can't wait try the snapper.

This is a wonderful little shop that serves freshly squeezed, healthy juices and delicious Jamaican fare. I tried the chicken patty--the wrapper was crispy and not too thick, and the filling was lightly spiced (just like it's made in the Caribbean). It went well with a fresh beetroot juice, which isn't too sweet, and is good for inflammation. I also tried the soursop and pineapple ginger juices, and if you ever need an energy boost, try the latter! Very zingy. Service is amazing and attentive (by the owner, on the day I was there), and he let me try different juices. I'll be back for the oxtail and the goat curry. Edit: came back for the oxtail. Huge portion, excellent flavor, served with steamed veggies and plantains. Definitely have to try!

Stopped in on our trip back to San Diego. They gave us shots of the pineapple ginger juice to try and it was delicious. Has a bit of a bite to it from the ginger but it was just what we needed after flying back from OH. We ordered the curry goat, oxtail and beef patties. Huge fan of the food here, the veg had a nice butter taste to it and included a larger variety of vegetables than other JA restaurants we've tried. My hubby said the oxtail was good but not the best he has had. The goat was superb. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. Loved the fact that they had ting as well, one of my favorite drinks!

The food was rich and flavorful. Had the jerk chicken (very spicy), oxtail, and goat curry. Everything was tender and fall off the bone. I also enjoyed the rice and beans.

It was my first time trying Jamaican cuisine, and Golden Spoon Jamaican Cuisine absolutely blew me away. The jerk chicken was simply heavenly, full of rich flavor and perfectly prepared. The owners were incredibly friendly, and the homemade juices tasted like they were sent from heaven. You can really tell they use special, healthy ingredients and prepare everything with love. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wow. The Jerk Salmon was tun up! My first time and can say this was the best jerk salmon I have had outside of Jamaica and the best in Los Angeles. First I was greeted by Roberto who was so welcoming. It was my first time so I had a few questions which he was kind to take time and answer. Even the chef answered a few. The welcoming was honorable like in Jamaica. The atmosphere is chill with music, scenes candles, chill Jamaican vibe.they have two tables inside. While I was there they had at least 10 people come in to order or pick up to go. When the jerk salmon came. Roberto kinda presented the dish and drink accordingly. When I took my first bite took me back to Jamaica. The flavors and spices merged perfectly with the salmon, rice, plantains, cabbage, and seemed like a little Johnny Cake. But wow the flavors. Each bite had unique and different flavors from thr jerk sauce. Just amazing. Also their pineapple ginger juice is the bomb. Must try. Their menu Is unique by having a selection with additional selections for each day of the week. I highly recommend. Thank you. I will be back for sure. Ciao! Food quality 10/10. Portion size 10/10. Choices 10/10. Flavors 10/10. Atmosphere and welcoming 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10.
